I know this is a common thread that I tried searching for but the post I found didn't have any contact numbers.

I need a tip repaired on a Veritas 7' Heavy. Who would you recommend I can contact for repair?

Thank you guys for answering the same questions over and over. emoBang

I asked the big local tackle shop , about a year ago, about rod repair and I was told there is No one in the area that does that. Hard to believe! Just go on ebay and you can buy an assortment of rod tips. a couple drops of superglue and Voila!

John Miles in Cleveland. If that is closer let me know and I will get his number for you.

Hamilton's on 58 in harrison does tip repairs. I know he only charges $5 for a tip eye replacement. Will do it for you while you wait

They did a good job for me. Fixed my tip on the spot before I went to work.

Awesome. Thank you guys for the info. I am from South Pittsburg so Cleveland is on the other side of the planet from me (not really). I would have done this myself as it is the tip that needs repair but it is broken off right next to an eye and I don't want to damage the rod any more than it is.

Thank you again.

Soddy tackle fixed 1 for me awhile ago. I would check with them.

These are the folks who told me there's no one around who does rod repair! that was maybe 1-1/2 yrs ago. maybe they started to dabble.

I have had multiple rods repaired at Hamilton's on 58 highway as well, from tips to new eyes. they have even taken off a few from a veritas and replaced them with the micro guides, they do a awesome job.
