Thank you for pointing out the obvious... Of course it isn't going to be a game, we are a team with some talent but have no idea how to win... I also think that most high school teams would beat their middle school team but didn't see a need to post about it...
Oh we've always been around. We just finally have alot to talk about again these days. Very proud of the Tide and the overall talent of the whole SEC the last 10 years. I hope it never ends....At least for BAMA! Roll Tide!
I also agree. I have also seeing a dramatic drop in the Big Orange wear / Tenn. flags, etc. in the last few years too. Would you say that there is a correlation? Die hard's like me will be there no matter what. But for the vast majority of them, they are all fare weather fans and very fickle! For me, I've been there on both sides of the ball for over 40 years. Roll Tide Roll!
I love how people say they have been there with the Vols through the thick and thin. How hard is it to sit on your ass and cheer, good or bad? It has no true affect on your life if they win or lose. There is no thick and thin for fans just to clear that up. You act like you are apart of the University. Who you should feel bad for is the coaches that have to sustain a job with a losing team. Now that is thick and thin. Just a thought.....
Its better than not even talking of, wearing school clothes, or supporting your team when there not competing for national championships.
