Does any know a good roofer or roofing company?

Also, anyone got any comments between metal versus shingle roof?

Metal lasts a lot longer than shingles. Like everything else though if you go with metel get the good quality stuff. There are some fly-by-night outfits that are just painting over cheap tin. It will be ugly in no time. I have some drops from the roof on my house that was built in 2000. The drops were sawed off and the edges still have not rusted.
