Ross Landing removed the cobblestone ramp years ago. The only ramp that I know of down there is the ramp used by the "Duck" boat. It is right beside the boat store and from what I have seen it has a blockade to keep the public from trying to use it. Up river, the River Park ramp is open 24/7.</p>
