Haha gotta love the title !</p>

I'm smoking a marbled rump roast and pork loin Monday. I've done a few rubs in the past that we're just standard generic so I thought I'd ask some of y'all what you prepare for a rub.</p>

I do like the apple rub Bilo carries so anything out of the ordinary will interest me.</p>
 
Billy, I like to keep lots of spices on hand, so when Im ready, I can get creative. Dont be scared of it, mix up something and add brown sugar, your gold.
 
I know pork does well with a coating of mustard over it. Beef on the other hand I havent really tried. Any suggestions there. I did make sure to get a marbled beef roast just because it has more fat in it for moisture.
 
Now just where did you get that stuff? I need to try it! Let us know how the smok'in turns out. I'm still play'in and learn'in this smoker thing! I'm cheating tomorrow though, just big 'ol thick rib eyes!
