Bigkuntry1282, assuming you have an outboard motor just be sure and trim it DOWN to allow the water to run out. You're a brave man to go out in this stuff. emoScratch
Yup, let it warm up good before putting the hammer down and tilt it all the way down and let it drain out for a while before taking off, especially if you store it outside or in a garage that isn't insulated.
I second what team-d. Let it warm up and drain good before taking it home. DO NOT UNHOOK THE BOW STRAP UNTILL IT IS IN THE WATER!!!!!!! Was building a lower for a guy and gave him mine as a loaner. His boat slid off the trailer and DESTROYED my lower. Sad part is I was there running another boat and got to see it happen!!!! Just be careful!!!!
