Russians eating all the chick dam shad or what??

Iv been blow the 153 damn a couple of times lately to stock up on bait . Both times some foreign guy and his son are out their dipping up tons of shad and filling 5-gallon buckets full. A few of the regulars down their said they (the Russians) have had between 5 and 12 five gallon buckets full and loading them on their truck. What you guy think they are doing with all this shad??emoScratch

Feeding their hogs ????????????? As a young boy, I saw wildlife officers near Panama City, FL gigging carp off of a bridge. Hog farmers were hauling them off pick-up loads at a time.

I say they are pressure cooking them and eating them.  That is what a lot of Asian folks around here do.

Maybe shad taste better than we think. After all catfish and bass do like them. Could we be missing something?
