Does anyone know member rusty3494? He has one post, member since 8/15/09 and has asked to fish. I pm'd him describiing the rules including the two pass rule and told him to come on. Have I brought another ringer to the party?

No Al, regardless, he is a member who has at least made a post. Going by the rules, he is perfectly legal to fish with us.
