Scrap gold , who in Area pays the most per gram ?

My wife has gold necklaces and such she wanting to sell, to up our emergency fund in the savings account ,who in the Chattanooga area pays the most per gram? Anyone know ?

Sean, there is a couple of places in chatt. that buy the stuff, don't know if they are fair or not, they advertise on tv. My wife saw a news bulletin about some company that tells you to ship it to them and they will give a fair price, the tv people said they were rip off artists, were paying around a fourth of what it was worth. Keep a heads up when selling it.

Ended at a pawn / jewelry store near Knoxville, we were going up that way today anyway, I got offers here in Chattanooga of between 600 - 700 on the way out of town, stopped by a place up there that said we buy gold highest prices paid in area .. so we stopped couldn't even tell you what the name of the place was.
