Been to busy to post any reports lately and not had much time for fishing either. I got to go for awhile last Saturday to try for some crappie. Took some time to find some since I don't fish for them much and not having any real good places yet. We was using Booby Garland Baby Shad in Purple Mist and Outlaw Special in 10 to 15 fow. We kept 22 keepers that were 11-13 inches long and 41 9-11 inch crappie that was thrown back.
Caught most of the fish from this school in the first picture.


Found these in different places not sure if they were crappie or not it was to windy to try and fish at these places.

Thanks for the report and screenshots, I love those.
One thing i've learned is that this time of year some of those schools that look like crappie are actually big gizzard shad the size of crappie. The second shot looks like crappie under bait fish. It can be frustrating because sometimes you'll kill them in places like that and other times there won't be a bite. Best way to find out is to fish them.

Hahaha just because they show fish doesn't mean they are biting. To me it appears you have landed on Mars and there are dust clouds but to the trained eye those are great screenshots
