Seafoam on sale at Advance Auto parts, ends 4-28-10

I was in there last night getting a new battery charger and picked up some Seafoam that was reg 9.99, on sale for 6.99. The sale goes off today though.

Is this stuff something that you're supposed to use on a regular basis? my boat runs great but I always hear people talking about using it, what are the benefits? I know I could look on their website but i'd rather hear from people on here that use the stuff.

I run it in about every other tank in my boat. It works to help keep your injectors (or carb) clean and free of gunk. it also works as a de-carbonizer to keep carbon from building up. it works great and is not as expensive as yamaha ring free. i run a can through my car and truck from time to time also just to keep the injectors clean.

Seaform is great and the cheapest regular price I've found is at Northern Tools, I believe it's 6.95 there all the time.

Sure did, got some of those "secret" shakey head worms that you have bought every bag in existence, did good with those and caught a nice fat 4lber on one of those Azuma rattle baits. Thanks again for getting your dad to meet me, tell him the same! Is it still cool to give him a yell to get what I need this weekend?

Shhhhhhhh. Dont mention those worms. I bought up about 200 bags. last ones left in the country. i think i only have about 90 of them left. Dad must have liked you if he sold you some of those. lol. we usually keep them hidden. Just kidding. anyway, yeah give him or me or blake either one a call.

I have seen and heard that B-12 Chemtool at Walmart is same as Seafoam. Much cheaper like a couple $ a can. I still have a gallon of Seafoam left or almost but I am going to try the Chemtool. Any input on this?

Seafoam was on sale at oriellys the other day. Not sure how long it is gonna be on sale but it buy 2 get 1 free. That made it about 6.30 a can.
