seats and carpet recovering???

i was also looking to get mine done i have a 18 foot bumble bee with a flipping deck how much should i be expecting to spend?

An 18 / 20 ft. boat, carpet is about $1200. Seats are about $225 / $250 each. The main thing about the whole process is getting someone that knows what they are doing. After the old carpet is torn out the old glue and residue must be stripped and sanded down to the fiber glass and metal lids. Otherwise you have a big problem gluing down the new carpet. Glue choice is another question. The lady that Joey had to do seats is really good. She does a great job matching up the vinyl and making the upholstery look like the original seats.

Genesis Fiberglass Concepts in Winchester, TN does great work at reasonable prices. http://www.genesis-fiberglass.com/ I have a 2000 Stratos Vindicator, that needs new carpet, seats redone, and a lot of gel coat work and he quoted me $2600. Much much less expensive than most places. Getting it done in July. Carpet was $900, seats $200 each, and Gel Coat was $1500.

I just ordered and received a 6' wide by 33' long roll of marine grade carpet from dalton GA shipped to Roanoke VA for $127.00. The carpet is 20oz rubber backed made by the same company that makes the carpet for major boat companies. It my save you a little money to make a trip to Dalton. Most of my cost was shipping.

I can get it any color you want for less than 100$ I work for Shaw we just done my brothers boat its 19 1/2 foot for about 100$ any thing over 300$ is to high if you ask me carpet values is we're to get it if you have any family that works for Shaw they can get it cheap an it is marine carpet

$6.99 a running foot. The rolls are 8 ft wide.

Less than $150 for a 20 ft boat.

The shop that did my seats quoted me less than $150 for the install.
