Setting Elite TI2 for winter pool

I see you guys talk about setting up your units to help with winter drawdown. I have a brand new Elite TI2 with a Navionics plus card. How do you all go about setting up the unit to avoid shallow water hazards. I appreciate any help.
Picked up new boat and don't want to screw up first day out.

my referrences are to the HB lakemaster mapping, i think cmaps for lowrance offer this function. not sure if navionics cards offer that functions
