sewee to main river question

Can one go from the ramp on Sewee Creek to the main river at winter level? I'm in a 16 ft v-hull, 25 hp.

What flow does the current overtop the upstream wall at the dam ramp?

I've often wondered that over the years. Hopefully someone can advise .....

The ramp at sewee creek is pretty rough. It would be ok for an aluminum boat or a kayak... wouldn’t put a fiberglass boat in at that ramp. Its deep deep enough to make it to the main channel even in the winter. Would not be surprised if there was a tree or two navigate. There is not alot of current. The water gets very muddy after a rain and clears up quickly.
