Well, the ole Ranger took off with her new parents this afternoon. A very nice couple from Wisconsin saw the ad on here and came down for a visit. One ride in it and they were hooked! When I bought the boat in Feb, I didn't envision buying a house so soon. BUT, we bought a house in June and with that comes time and more responsibility. So, at the moment, it's just not the right time for a boat. So, I'll be looking to fill some backseats again...emoCool

Thanks to everybody who helped me along in my "first boat" journey. Thanks for the advice and humorous responses to my questions. I enjoyed every minute of that Ranger and will be buying another Ranger in the near future (1-2 years).

Sorry for your loss Corey. As a fisherman though, you need to better align your priorities ... sell the house - keep the boat. Just make sure the next Ranger has rod lockers big enough to sleep in!

Speaking of advice and humorous responses, I'll never forget that phone call on a cold Feb morning from you while I was standing in Ranman's driveway ... "Uh ... Rob. Is this thing supposed to have water coming into it!?"

Yeah I belive I'd live live in a cardboard box before I sold my boat! If I couldn't get out on the water when I needed to

, the streets just wouldn't be safe!
