From the # 200B5 they are right handed, They are early 2000 reels, say 02 - 04. The B stands for low speed, probably 5,3:1 or somewhere around there. The 5 is for the number of bearings it has.
Reels worth in the ballpark of $50.00 each if they are in good shape.
