Shimano Stradic

I bought a Shimano Stradic 2500FI from Sportsmans Warehouse a few weeks ago.I have used it three trips and I really like it. Real smooth, good drag and seems to cast a little farther than the Quantum Catalyst that I have been using. I was a hesitant about the T handle grip but its easy to get use to.I need to hook up to a really big Smallmouth for the real test.

I have been very pleased with my 4000FI - It's done very well with stripers and Power-Pro. I have had to replace the drag clicker in the spool twice already though....they break sometimes when those big stripers take off.

I have an older one that served me well inits prime. Nowadays I use the Symetere(SP?) they seem to be just as smooth but a little cheaper.

Ditto. I have two Smeteres and for the money they cannot be beat.

I have the Stradic 4000 MgFA and love it! Ditto NIB on eBay. Very smooth reel.
