Today, I heard that 2 billion rounds of ammo have been distributed to the IRS and Homeland Security. Who do you think they plan to shoot? Not ISIS, I'll bet.
There's probably 2 billion rounds of ammo just in the gun safes of Tennessee residents alone. They're gonna need a lot more rounds to do whatever it is you think they are planning.
