The girls have been dying for me to make some egg rolls again, so I did one with shrimp, cabbage, carrots, red onion, and sweet baby peppers. Some Chinese ginger, soy and salt/pepper/garlic rounded out the filling. An orange marmalade with soy and spices made a great dipping sauce. The sugar snap peas are my favorite veggie in the whole world i believe.

dude are you, or have you been a chef? YOU've been to culinary school or something, right? Everything you put on here looks professional. No way you are just watching to much diners, drive-ins, and dives.

LOL...yes Louie. I Did go to culinary school and worked for a few fine dining restaurants and hotels years ago. My last job was as head chef of a start-up private restaurant before I got out full-time for good. I do watch a lot of Cooking shows, Iron Chef, Chopped, ect, Tripple D is ok, I like Guy better than the food content of the show.

Those look great Spur!! How do you keep that "slim girlish " figure?
My man is Tyler Florence-yes I'm also a Food Network fan. I'm re-assured I'm not gay when I watch Giada De'Lorentas just for the cleavage!! I never know what she's cooking. I just hope she does a lot of whisking and drops something every now and then! emoHungry
