The girls have been dying for me to make some egg rolls again, so I did one with shrimp, cabbage, carrots, red onion, and sweet baby peppers. Some Chinese ginger, soy and salt/pepper/garlic rounded out the filling. An orange marmalade with soy and spices made a great dipping sauce. The sugar snap peas are my favorite veggie in the whole world i believe.
