Shriners TX?

I am signed up to fish but I'm surprised I'm not hearing you guys talk about it. Its one of the largest payouts on the lake, and they pay 20 places, and its for a really good cause. I have fished in many of the summer shriner's txs and they have always been a lot of fun. I was just surprised there hasn't been an announcment on here emoScratch

THERE ARE POSTERS UP ALL OVER TOWN AND ENTRY FORMS AT ALL BOAT DEALERS AND TACKLE STORES. THERE ARE POSTERS UP IN GAS STAIONS CAR REAIR STOERS AND BOAT REPAIR STORES. SHOULD BE ON TV THIS AND THAT CH. 9 NEXT WEEK AND ON CH 13 AND TALK RADIO SPORTS. THE TOURN. IS ON MAY 31 OUT OF CHESTER FROST PARK. THANKS DD22FISH

The Shriners transport children, mainly burn victims, to their hospital visits as well other other places. They provide a great service and this tournament has been going on in this city for years. I'm not a Shriner and I'm sure I am leaving something out here, either way its a great event and its always alot of fun.

Go to Hamiltons or any other local tackel shop and get a sign up form and get it in. They assign boat #s in the order that the entries are recieved.

This has always been a great TX to fish and a well ran one.Great people and they are great for the burn victems we treat and bring them.Will see ya there on Friday night for the meeting,And on a side note I have boat #29 for this one and not 181 like I did in the CATCH tx,so i WONT BE LAST OUT FOR A CHANGEemoLaugh emoLaugh

When I was 3 i had 3rd degree burns to my right hand. The shriners transported my mother and I to the Cincinnati Shriners burn hospital free of charge not once but till I was 18 yrs old. The Shriners have hospitals all over the US. The also have a hospital in Lexington KY for children with severe orthopedic problems. The Shriners is a great thing. Every time I see them selling the Pecan logs i buy several. This is a great cause. I will be there.
