The Humminbirds come with all components in one package. Only thing sone are doing if they have high speed bass boat is mounting the SI transdcuer higher for protection and adding the XP 9 20 and AS SI DB Y Cable to split the 2D readings to a shoot thru hull transducer cost about $80 for the added protection.
I would look at the 898c or 998c for that price range the only difference is screen size. 7" or 8" 898c MSRP is $1500 and 998c MSRP is $2000.
