Had to put another front sight on my turkey gun and its shooting to the left, shells are high and dont want to waste any according to my thoughts i should move my rear sight to the left if its shooting to the left.

spur is correct if that dont work try a different shell i have found that 5 shot patterns better for me ...what kinda gun are u using and what choke a lot of times u can get the choke to tight and it will do crazy things ....temp has a lot to do with it as well a humidity and barametric preassure.......good luck

If you are moving the front bead sight, you follow your shot, meaning moving the front bead to the left will bring your shot more to the right. Same as adjustments on archery sights. If you are adjusting the rear sights you move it in the direction you want the shot to go. Moving the sights right will bring the shot to the right. Good luck!

Got it set then it started jamming does it from time time just put it up and got my old 870 back out, its seen alota birds thru the years and doesnt give any trouble, automatics are fine till they start giving trouble.

A thing i do sometimes when sighting a shotgun, is try cheaper shells for actual sighting it in. Number eights will give you enough idea if your aim is close as far as sights or a shotgun scope. After that you can shoot your high dollar shells for the pattern. If sights are way off then their is no need to waste the good$ shells on the aim.....Just dont go by the pattern on the cheap shells, of course that will be different!!
