Peel a pineapple & cut into wedges about 3in. long x 1in thick. In a small bowl combine 3tbsp honey, 1 tbsp orange juice or lime or lemon, 1/2 tsp black pepper. Stir it up & then brush onto wedges & put on grill on medium heat. About 4 mins per side or until ya see good grill marks on wedges. In a bowl put 2 big scoops of vanilla ice cream & then put pineapple wedges on top of ice cream & add any of the honey mixture on top of that. YUM YUM!!!!

That sounds very good. I grill Pineapples on top of my Pork Ribs for the flavor. I bet your treated grilled pineapple would "rock" on my Ribs. Thanx LL

grilled pineapple is awesome I like to use brown sugar butter and coconut rum to marinade it for a couple of hours cook down the marinade and you have a nice sauce for the ice cream

GrilledPineappleon My ribs... >>> I can not wait to treat the Pineapples with yourrecipefor the next time. I can only imagine how much your way will improve the taste as it flavors Pork Baby-backs.</p>
