Sam and I fished G-ville dam for a few hours this A.M. before his drive home to Chattanooga...we were hoping for a few stripers and a 'few' was what we caught. We threw 1 oz swimbaits in the t-race and ended up with an 8 lb. hybrid and a 10 and 16 lb. salt. I wish minner could have fished with us today as the drum bite was in 'full tilt boogie mode'...I just THOUGHT that I was a master drum slayer until yesterday evening...Alan took Sam and I to drum catchin' skool!! emoWorthy emoBigsmile
We ended the trip trolling for a white or 2 for Sam to use in a classroom presentation. (take ur fish to school day, or somefin... emoPoke ). I had a blast fishing with Sam again and catching fish at 3 different dams yesterday was pretty allright! It was great getting to fish with minner yesterday afternoon...hope to do it again soon.

My shadow looks really nice on your white bass! Sorry for the bad cell phone camera work.

It sure was fun Dave, thanks for a great weekend of fishing

Very nice guys.... But I gotta say 'Uh oh...." Looks like Sam has his game face on for another season.... You're a lucky man Slo-ride to get to fish with two great partners in two days. That's one of the biggest hybrids I've seen in a while... I bet he put a tug on your line.

Nice job guys I wish I could have been there. I am sitting in my hotel room here in Clarksville, TNright now trying to figure out if i can catch a striper on the Cumberland down at the steam plant........I dunno maybe this week I'll give'er a try.

Hey Slo is that a Black and Mild emoPoke ? Heck if I'd a known you were going to break out the stoges I'da brought a few good'uns from home. They might not be of your taste though since they dont come with that plastic tip, but if you cant figure it out, I'll show which end to put in your mouth.
