slow afternoon on the chick 3/27/07

Put in CF at 4:15pm and started at John Patten Island. Caught a couple little ones on a blade. Moved to Island Cove area and pulled water. Tried crankin on a point and got more water. Tried a flat, more water. Tried the stumps in CF and got more water. I didn't try throwing a topwater plug, sounds like that might have worked. emoScratch

I also put in at CF about 4:00 I was in the blue/silver Astroglass. Fished up river above nuclear plant had two keepers flippen. The bit seemed too be slow. I have not been able to get out and fish much this year. Iam going to try to fish the tournment Saturday at CF. This will be my first Fishing Forum tournment.
