Smalliefan2, Nickajack Lake, Bass, and whatever else bit, 3/24/18

Went downtown, started below Erwin marine. Caught first short fish in about ten minutes. Relief, at least some are in the river current. Worked to Moccasin bend, casting a 200 Bandit at the rocks, laydowns etc. Ran back up, fished a 1/2 football w/ a spider grub, caught a nice drum is about four fow. Went downstream again. Small white bass, and small black bass, all on the Bandit. Tried the opposite side, no success, used a jig or a worm. Fished a small pocket, caught my only keeper at 1:30. The Bandit worked, the fish was in 8-9 fow, water was 55. Realized shoulda gone to plan "B" earlier, and ran downstream and fished pockets. Hindsight is 20/20.
Congrats to the winners, 15+# sack, plus a 9+ largemouth. Thanks to the committee for another well run event. And Earl. thanks for the post on what time the committee considered safe light.

Dean, thanks for your help with the TM. Hoop235 figured it out. There was a pin that had to be hammered out with the help of a screwdriver. Also, you posted a nice report, thanks!
