Wow...this fire situation gives a whole new meaning to the phrase..."the Chick is on fire". Well...it sure looks like it is ! The smoke and fog has really been bad the last few mornings and visibility doesn't improve much by the afternoon either. As long as we have calm winds this smoke isn't going anywhere. I took these pics at 1:30 in the afternoon today ( Monday ). The only reason you could see anything even then was that a slight breeze stirred the smoke a little. Everyone be careful out there.

Yeah it crazy man. The bad part is I smoke and this has got me stopped up

Oh and as crazy as it might sound we had a company van get stopped in Hixson this morning by a state trooper and they gave them a warning ticket for not having head lights on due to the smoke they called me to explain what happened I told them thats a new one on me
