So here is my 3rd Costa report.

As some of you know, I have had emergency bladder surgery yesterday. Had planned to do on the 8th, however this old body said different..

I fished a bit Moday , off water bout 2pm...Cannot urinate, totl block dripping blood...Go to Memorial Hospital, admitted , surgery at noon Tuesday, removed tumors ad scraped the bladder. Sent off for evaluation.

Now I have 0 activity for 3 weeks, Dr. even stated (NO BOATING). Pulled outta the Costa and will watch on the computer. So good luck to everyone & be safe, I will be watching.

See some o you in bout 3 weeks or so. Home now doing ok, visit Dr. in 3 weeks............. emoGeezer emoUSA

Glad to hear you are doing ok! I hate it for you b/c those fish really started biting good today!! Sometimes the body needs a break from fishing though so enjoy it while it lasts

Sorry to hear about that Jerry. I'm sure you really wanted to fish the tourney but nothing as important as your health. Hope you get better soon. We have an interest in the tourney also as Deb's son Shaun is fishing as a co-angler.

Thanks folks for thoughts & prayers, all is appreciated. Doing well now, back to passing urine without blood & clots. A bit tender, all is going good.

Just thought I would be able to make this tournament, this surgery was scheduled for
the 8th. Had couple episodes earlier just was never plugged. If anyone out there passes severe blood in urine, do not hesitate to see urologist asap...

This Costa was last stop for this series, was in 40th some odd place, looking to go to Ky.Lake, not to happen this time...hope next year if able to run the tour....guess I will stay local for remaining of this year
