Southern Resturant by Chester frost and bugs

I wanted to give you all a heads up as many of you eat at this restaurant, just like I have for so many years but not any more after today. I called an order in and when I got it home, there was a dead lighting bug in the container. When I called back, the very rude lady acted like I had put the bug inside the box. I told her I brought the food home that was still closers up and merely opened the container to find the bug stuck on the inside of the box with my food. The whole attitude is what pisses me off more than the freaking bug especially since I use to eat there regularly. Not any more though. I'm having issues attaching the pics so if someone call do that, I'll send you the pics.

Your right I could have got over the lighting bug but not the lady being a rude about it.

Agreed and the more I thought about it, I decided to take it back and get my money back. In doing this, once again very rude manager, argued with me about the time I picked it up, who cares what time it was unless she wanted to do am autopsy on the bug, lol. You're correct, customer service is a thing of the past.

Hey here is a good one......I got a chicken sandwich a while back driving through Virginia and I got back on the interstate. 10 minutes later I finally got my sandwich out of the bag and it felt unussually light. I opened it and they forgot to put the chicken on it! At least you had some protein form your lightning bug!!

That's bad, it really wasn't the bug that bothered me so much but the manager was a total b_ _ ch. Acting like I put it there

I dont see how they stay in business. Outside of breakfast, it reminds of the cafeteria in highschool

The Wife and I stopped in a few weeks ago for lunch at 11:30 Nope! not till noon! she said will not take your order till then. By the way this was on a sat. left and went to Home folks in soddy daisy and had a great meal Before Noon! Sad to see such a change. emoScratch

Haha I'm Wis they served the 4x6 inch square pizzas.. Been 32 years since I had one but was my favorite lunch back then.. Wonder how we would like them now ?lol

I'm not sure what changed but something has and they suck. I called a while back and ordered a grilled cheese to go, they said OK, it'll be ready in 45 minutes, I laughed and said just forget it. They are ridiculous now,
