Spinner baits

Hi Guys, I was wondering if any of yall make your own spinner baits. I cant seem to get then to pour the part that holds the skirt and collar on. I know its just something that I'm doing wrong. Please if anyone can help it would greatly be appreciated. Thanks Brian

There are alot of things that could cause this, type of lead (not soft enough) ,temperture of lead (not hot enough), mold design (not vented properly) The first thing you should try is waxing your mold (Light a candle and hold it under your mold until it soots up the cavity you are trying to pour) Then pour a head and see if that helps the lead flow better.

set the mold on the pot while it warms up or very close to it. if it's not the lead it's the temp of your mold. that should help.
