Spinnerbait Kid, Lake Guntersville, Largemouth Bass, 4/13/09

This report is for Fri, Sat, and Sun. Friday had a half day trip with clients wanting to learn more parts of the lake. We moved around the entire trip trying to get out of the wind. We ended up boating 12 with Marcy catching the biggest fish of her life at 4.9 We fished shallow with plastics the entire trip in 1-3 ft. Sat fished with clients getting ready for an upcoming tourny. We fished deep and shallow with plastics and boated around 35 with best 5 over 18 lbs. Most were keepers with a bunch of 3 lbers. Fished plastics in 1-9ft. Sunday fished with mom, dad, and girlfriend. We got to fish from 5pm-7pm. In the short time we caught 13 on plastics and crankbaits in 4-8ft. The last few days the fish have been easy to catch but the bigger fish seem to have backed out. The fishing should get better with some warm stable weather. </p>
