Even with the low flow we decided to give it a shot to see if there were any big fish needing a meal. We ran live baits as well as Foley spoons in med and large sizes, in my favorite white.
It was slow, but when you find the fish, stay on top of them as they are bunched up. We ended with about 40 MAGNUM white bass, two largemouth, one smallmouth, 6-8 HUGE drum, one very small striper, a dozen skipjack out of the glory hole, and my second ever wallyeye that was just over 21". Im looking forward to some better flows at the dams over the next few months to kick the fishing into high gear.
