Well I havent used one but did give them a good look over at BPS this week, great looking rod and one for just about any application. The purple may throw some off. The price tag is just right for the economy.

I havnt seen the Mojo series, but I have several of the Premier series. For the price, St. Croix's are the best rods I've every owned. I'd like to hear about the Mojo if anyone here's anything.

I've heard mixed opions on them...light and sensitive yet some are not happy...say they break.

Would know myself but why are you asking Karl? Snoopy Rod broken? :)

I went ahead and got another Premier today. They are great rods and not too pricey.
Yes Billy, my last Snoopy fell overboard.

I have one of there inshore travel rods and have broken it twice. Their service is fast and fair and the warranty is fair as well - $20 no mater what the cause was.

I'm looking at the mojo bass and the legend tournament bass for my next rod so I'd love to hear what people think.

Good thing "santa" gave you another one....:)

Churly, your bad! ;)

I like the one "Santa" gave me for Christmas. All of my rods were Med. Hev. and I have bought a few Med. now. Getting older and weaker and need lighter tackle nowadays.

I told you...Bobber and a worm. But, you can never put the worm on the hook because you had to empty the bottle to get it! :)

When you get to the worm, you really dont need to be on a boat or handling sharp objects, like hooks. That stuff makes you thinker than you drunk you are before you realize it.

You won't go wrong with Legend Tournaments. Best freshwater rods I have owned.

I heard that the Mojo are the same as the asian made premierrs, but rolled in Mexico instead.

Well there you have it, the Asians and Mexicans make great rods, or rolls, or whatever. They just feel good to me and are within my budget. </p>

Wow, a cinder block with a cork handle........I have looked them over pretty well, and they aren't top of the line by any means. But I would rank them above a cinder block....I do like the "Avid" series really well.

Caught many 5-15 lb stripers on 9wt AVID. NOTHIN' ELSE LIKE IT IN FRESH WATER! Used same rod for 6yrs now. GREAT ROD! emoThumbsup emoThumbsup
