I purchased a black light from a tackle store in north east Alabama and when I plugged it in to the plug on my boat the black light did not work. SO I called the company that made the light (Zorro Bait Company) to see if they could tell me how to repair it over the phone. I talked to a super nice lady and tryed a couple things to see if I could fix it. (loose bulb, connections etc.) nothing worked. She told me the owner was gone to the bank and would not be back till Monday. SO I called back monday and talked to Stan Sloan, he said I had got a light with a bad balast and to send it back. SO I paid $10 and sent it back that day, by the end of the week U.P.S. was knocking on my door with the light and a C.O.D. charge of $29 and some change. I told U.P.S. I would not except and he ask for an explanation so they could let ZBC know why the package was returned and i told him it was under warranty.
( THERE HES BEEN A COUPLE WEEKS PASS AS TO GIVE ZBC TIME TO BE ETHICAL IN HOW THEY DO BUSSINESS, I HAVE NOT CALLED THEM THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME and I don't expect them to)
