Standing Rib roast on sale at new Publix

The last couple Christmas's I have made a standing rib roast that I get from the Fresh Market. On sale for 8.99lb. Went to the new Publix today...on sale...5.99lb!

   I was tempted to buy a couple for the freezer, but I spent all my Christmas food money..

Off sale now. I was in there today and it has gone back to $9.99 per pound. Spendy little roast it is.

Piggly Wiggly has a sale starting today - 88 cents a pound for Boston Butt Pork Roast and chicken breast. Gonna stock up. Also got NY strip steak for 4.88 a pound. Pretty good sale.
