The Department of Fish and Game (DFG) reminds steelhead anglers they are required to return their 2008 Steelhead Fishing Report and Restoration Card by Jan. 31. Failure to return the Steelhead Report Card is a misdemeanor. Information collected from report cards provides DFG with data to monitor and manage California's steelhead populations.</p>
