NOTTA< NOTTA....just was notta day we write home about....Run upriver, Eric is on the hunt as I had not been out & about due to being under the weather( u old fellers know what I'm saying). emoScratch Look & cast, emoConfused , change lures & cast emoDoh , change areas & cast... emoDance Eric got 1 on, 1st keeper......pull into little creek channel. I'm trapping, emoAngler , got a GOODERN, rod doubles, goes aound tub & back, net in hand emoPlease it unbuttons...Check hooks, yep, they there & sharp....Couple casts, leter sink to bottom, lift rod tip emoDance , I'm on again with another GOODERN. guess what emoFish duplicates it cousin ;s previous actions emoDoh

Thats my trip witj exception of 35 lb drum that inhaled my trap. Biggest drum I believe I have caught///Fun anyway.. Eric in meantime is duplicating everything except getting another keeper... emoBawl emoBawl Good day, stayed dry, only 1 trip to bank (without description), weigh our lonly keeper///

Fun report. You and Eric ended up with about the same final result as Pete Jr. and I did. EXCEPT, we hooked no GOODERNs, no 35 lb. drum and no trips to the bank. LOL
 
Man that was a day I'd love to forget (fishing wise) But I'm sure I won't ever! lol The drum was kinda funny b/c Jerry caught it Right after a young guy he knew pulled up to say hey. He got to see a big Ole drum!! At that point I was just so disappointed it wasn't a Bass!! haha That thing completely choked that trap. I've never seen a mouth that big on a drum. I still can't believe those two fish came off like that! That first one especially! It would have been a TOAD!
 
Dang, that’s tough luck all the way around right there. Next time will be different for you guys I’m sure....
