emoRain ..almost late for signup... emoSorry , everyone was lining up and taking off before we got the tub in water... emoDoh o well not unusual for emoGeezer to be runnin slow these days..

Got in & made short run to an area I like when water is high as was Saturday...My 1st cast, snap, I watched my lure flying towards the bank without line attached..yep, line broke...Retie, make a cast, John calls fish on...Short but was quick bite emoDance. Wind making hard to control boat, John calls fish on...Them little shakeys doing their thang. emoApplause. emoFish liking the conditions for AM...We stayed with this area till we had a limit ....Moved around a bit, trying to get out of wind.

Pulled in area that was calm, start getting light bites..small bucks, still catching shakeys. I have been trying to do the wacky way, get my set up on, make couple cast, emoDance , got my 1st on the wacky. Got couple more & John still getting small ones on the SAW & shakey..( he will describe the SAW sometime).

Got to cull few times, lost a decent 1 flipping, (wrapped) not a bad day even with the weather...finished 6th, seems we are consistant in that area..Grats to winners and all safe to fish again..good job committee....next time..great to see everyone......... emoGeezer emoUSA
