Taxidermy help

I am interested in starting taxidermy. I was wondering if there was anyone on here who could give me some tips on getting started and how to learn.....thanks in advance

Just how to get started..... How do I learn how to do it? I've seen whee they offer schools but those are way out of my price range

Years ago, I wanted to do taxidermy. Charlie Price let me come & help him for awhile. My kids were in elementary school & played every sport there was, so I wound up not having time to help very much & therefore I quit helping altogether. Find a taxidermist you can help, especially one that does a lot of volume. They are usually behind & will gladly let you help em. They probably won't pay you anything but your pay will be what you learn from it. Good Luck!!
