My folks didn't show, so I ended up with a day on the water solo. There is something peaceful about being out there by yourself every now and again. The bite again started off a bit slow but I changed that really fast! It was nice being able to experiment without the pressure of having to put fish in the boat. I really enjoyed the good weather even with the amount of boat traffic that was on the lake. I will admit it times it was getting very annoying how close certain cruisers felt they had to get with within distance of me. I'll never understand when the entire lake is at your disposal why you got to get within 30 feet of another boat. all in all about 12 different anchors and produced 32 fish. also did a little light tackle drifting that produced at least it dozen small fish.
I was not able to boat a monster, but I did hook up with an absolute beast at have my adrenaline pumping! however it was not the day to get a big fish but the numbers kept things interesting! here is a link to the video that I did of some of the fish caught.
