I fished Tellico yesterday afternoon for a couple of hours. Several slicks and 1 hawg, 23" largemouth. All fish were caught in 5-8 feet of water, slow rolling a white spinnerbait along the bottom or dragging a crawdad colored tube. Water temp in main lake 48 - 51, creeks were as high as 54. Fished a few of my favorite prespawn smallmouth spots but only 1 very tentative strike (which I missed). I'm going again this afternoon.
