I just wanted to give a shout out for Tennessee Trailer. I have done business with a lot of people in my 68 years,

but I have never seen any business that is more friendly or that is more interested in making their customers

satisfied than everyone at Tennessee Trailer. If you need a boat trailer, you could not get a better one or be treated

better than you will at Tennessee Trailer.

Yep, Billy helped me out with my axle today. Met him yesterday to give him the measurements at about 4pm. Called me this morning at 9:15 and said it was ready to pick up! Then he calls me back about 30 min later and says "Hey I've got a guy heading down to Dalton Marine. Want me to throw this axle in his truck so you don't have to drive all the way up to Soddy?"

Customer service at it's finest!

Oh, and to beat all, I've got Billy's cell #...so when something goes wrong with this pretty new axle, I can call and cuss Billy out directly! emoBigsmile Love ya Bill. Mean it.

I've been here for 17.5 years now. Work my way from general labor, to painter, to welder, to just about everything in this place. When I spent 5 years in the office, I realized that word of mouth and taking some pride in your product went a long way.

We strive to make our customers happy along with their customers. No...we're by no means perfect and sometimes there are just things out of our control but we do all we can and then some.

Thank you for the kind words here guys. Our industry is hurting pretty bad but its people like you that help the most! No sales brochure needed...just good ol "word of mouth"
