I had fellow CFF'er ranman put some new hardwood floors into the new house and he did a bang-up, first rate job. Even though he drank most of my beer, ate all of my food, and rifled thru my wife's underwear drawer, I'm beyond impressed with the quality of his work!

Anyone needing a quality flooring guy need not look further than one of our own. Thanks greatly ranman!!! emoThumbsup emoThumbsup

Don't kid yourself FA ... it was the plywood that I had ranman lay! He even found some good scraps in a dumpster w/ white paint spots on them and everything. That ranman really cares about his work, lemme tell you.

Kidding aside, he does great work. We have a different guy coming tomorrow night to lay the carpet in the center of the living room (OVER the plywood for our wise-assed FA) and he raved about ranman's work. I looked at my carpet guy's business card after he left and he lays hardwood also, so I appreciated his compliments even more knowing that he did that work himself.

Once again I'll recommend ranman's work to any of you ... especially if you like the look of a good, rustic, roughcut plywood floor ... emoLaugh

RR, would you happen to have around 1500 feet of that hardwood left over would you since you used that high grade spotted plywood in the center of the room? My better half is wanting to put it all over the house and I don't have the funds to do it.
