Been hunting this deer all year. We have pictures of him at 2.5, 3.5, and this year at 4.5 yrs old. Passed him up last year at 3.5 yrs old, and saw him twice during bow season this year. He had disappeared until this morning. He finally let his guard down since "LOVE" was in the air and slipped up. The best part of it all was that my 6 yr old son was sitting with me in the stand. By far my most enjoyable hunt because he was just as excited as I was. I hope he gets addicted like his daddy is.

Congrats. Trophy for sure. It's always meant more to me to watch those young bucks grow up and mature and outsmart em on their home turf.

Beautiful deer. Amazing how animals are like people.........love has taken down many a good man.
