I think I would like a regular breakfast fattie better. ie a saugage stuffed with scrabbled eggs and omelet ingredents, then dusted with spicy and/or bbq sauce and then smoked.

A buddy of mine made one last weekend, here is what he sent me.

"My pork log turned out really well Sunday. Next time I think I'll use country sausage instead of Italian sausage, though. I'm also thinking about using hamburger meat and cheese, to make it like a bacon cheeseburger. Or maybe even some sugar cured ham with cinnamon apple slices in the midde for a dessert pork log. The possibilities are endless!"
