OK, test #2 of the big easy.
2 beer can chickens. took about an hour and half of cook time, and about 10 minutes of prep time. i think i cooked them a little too long, but they still came out with crispy skin, and nice moist meat. i am pretty impressed with the cooker still, this weekend i think i'll try a boston butt.
we washed the chickens, patted dry. rubbed outside with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and creole seasoning on one, hickory seasoning on another, then brushed with peanut oil. finally inserted a warm open can of budweiser in each and set in the big easy and turned it on. then drank some of the other budweisers and played football on xbox. cooking is a lot of work
