Blue Ridge Bassmaster`s will be sponsoring a booth again this year. If you think you might want to fish with us this year, stop by and meet some of the guys. We will be raffling off a high dollar Shimano Baitcaster , DT series $500 reel to support our team for The Bass Federation (FLW) State TX.
This our 15th year as a club and have had as many as 60 members and generally have from year to year about 15 boats and some new members every year. We are a Buddy club but we usually have a few singles at the beginning of the year if you need a boater or backseater. Or you can fish by yourself till you find a partner. We have had a few ladies fish with us over the years and currently have a couple of hearing -impaired members. We fish all the lakes from Cherokee to Chicamauga . We have won the State and placed well when all the clubs of the state fished together and finished 4th in `07 on Cherokee in Eastern Division in the new format. The State Tx is on Chicamauga again this year in September. We have one member that finished in the top 6 and advances to the regional on Lake Norman in June. We have a good bunch of guys and some will be manning the booth all weekend. Stop by and tell a few tales with guys.
It`s supposed to be colder than crap this weekend so it would be a good time to check out the show and stock up on some tackle and supplies. And you can check some boats as well.
Our raffle tickets are $1 ...or 6 for $5...or 13 for $10........... if you can`t make it up for the show but would like to get some tickets PM me and maybe we can work something out.
