Thanks for everyone's input.  I called my Credit Union, explained the situation, and they fixed it for me.</p>

I filled out a "Disputed Charge Form", attached documentation, and the CU put the funds back into my checking account.  VISA will now go to the Bank where the funds were originally transfered and go after a refund.</p>

I will now shop among CFF sponsors!!</p>
