How much does it cost.and when is the best time to go.My girlfriend is embarrassed and want work out in front of other people.I per dont give a grap what folks think about me and my man ****s.But what I want is just to be healthy and get my family into stayin healthy,Plus I have 4 little girls that are into cheer and i told them that staying fit is the hardest part with all the junk food this kids like to eat these days

I think right now it is 24.99 a month. It is not that crowded if you dont go right at rush hour, you cant hardly move in there at 5 oclock when everyone gets off work but it slows back down pretty quick. If you go to the one in Hixson look me up sometime and we can work out or something. Also tell them I referred you and it might save me a little $. LOL.

Goes to the one in dalton off and on. I have a lot of equipment of my own too but my wife had rather to the the rush. If you have a hot wife and don't like people staring at her don't go to the rush in dalton except late at night or early in the morning. Most people just sit around on the equipment and stare.

I use the Rush on Lee Highway been there 2 years and the Blitz Fitness in fort o both great gyms and affordable membership fees
