Still fishing very shallow, in some cases less than 3 feet, with plastic. Red shad, watermelon flecked, and june bug all seem to work about as well as each other. Largest fish went over 4 pounds. Fished Friday morning til about 2:00 pm, and Monday evening from about 5:30 pm until dark. Friday was 18 fish and Monday evening lost count but was over 20. Several fish each day weighed 2 to 3 pounds, plus the one over 4. Just having fun. I know there's a few bigger ones out there for me if I just keep trying!!! Gotta be at the right place and right time. Say hi if you see the black Bullet with blue pins and a Merc alien cowled Promax with custom blue lettering!

it must be nice i have fished 5 or 6 times in the last 2 weeks and they have changed every day? and i can not seem to get a big bite? i did have one that looked to be about 6lbs but i was practicing for a tx. so i didn't even try to set the hook on her
